LinkedIn uses Boolean search (similar to Google). What is Boolean search?  Here's the definition from Webopedia.com. Boolean search is a type of search allowing users to combine keywords with operators (or modifiers) such as AND, NOT and OR to further produce more relevant results. So why should you care?  Because Boolean search allows you to create search functions that get you exactly what you want. Here are a few ways to master Boolean search.
